Shakespeare in the City Walk

Shakespeare in the City Walk

- Explore Shakespearean London

This leisurely stroll North of the River Thames will enlighten you about Shakespeare's life and times in London town. You will go to the sites of Shakespeare's houses, a lost theatre, and to a little known monument to The Bard himself.

You will visit locations where some of his most well known works were penned and hear of the great man's tangled and complicated personal life. This tour is expertly guided by a Shakespearean actor, who will explore parts of the greatest writer of all time's life by reciting some of Shakespeare's most dramatic speeches during the tour.

"All the world's a stage", and this tour is your stage on which to live and breathe the man whose influence on literature and the English language is unrivalled. Please note that this tour specialises in north of The River Thames, so does not take in The Globe Theatre.
