Calling all early risers - get your swim suits ready as the Hampstead Heath ponds have now reopened.


Hampstead Heath offers some of the best outdoor swimming spots in the country. The majority of the ponds on Hampstead Heath are fed by the headwater springs of the River Fleet which starts in Hampstead. Three of the main ponds are now large freshwater bathing/swimming ponds


Initially the Sessions will take place in the mornings, 7-8am and 8.30-9.30am and are hoping to gradually add further slots for afternoons in the coming weeks.


Pre-booked sessions only - you can book online up to 7days in advance. Can only book 3 sessions every 7 days to allow as many people as possible a chance to get a swim. Sessions are £4 or £2.40 concessions.
