Spa Terminus
In a hidden corner of Bermondsey is a gourmet lover's delight. During the week Spa Terminus is an area for food production and distribution where like-minded businesses grow and develop. On Saturdays many open and their their wares to the public.
At Spa Terminus you will find Adrienne Treeby at Crown and Queue working to produce the very best of British heritage pork including sausages such as Lincoln Imp which uses Kernel Brewer's Export Stout, Answell which uses Five Points Brewery London Smoke and their gluten free Snapdragon which includes Apple Pomona from The Somerset Cider Brandy Company.
Charlie Rainbow and Albany Holbrook were busy holding the fort at The London Honey Company, purveyors of fine honey, 7 honeys from around the UK, including London. They also sell some mighty fine beeswax candles.
Neal's Yard Dairy are also there selling cheeses from around 40 cheesemakers including one from Staffordshire which produces two wonderful cheeses, Innes Brick and Innes log.

Bad Brownie produce amazingly gooey brownies. Our favourite one being their gluten free Salted Caramel - divine! Sunday 31st January they are even being featured on Dragon's Den on BBC - good luck guys!
Monty's Deli specialising in salt beef and pastrami is a great place to relax with friends. For those who have a sweet tooth you may enjoy a chocolate babka involving ribbons of chocolate.
